(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - An alcoholic energy drink is gaining in popularity with young people and now many local colleges are warning students about "Four Loko."

Some are even banning it.

The drink has been called "blackout in a can" and is responsible for sending students across the country to the hospital.

Joining us from our Beacon Hill studio to discuss the health risks with Four Loko is Dr. Richard Schwartzstein.

Dr. Schwartzstein is the VP of Education with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
