GQ controversy: Down Syndrome comment

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A lot has been made about GQ magazine labeling Boston the #1 worst dressed cities in America. But it's the magazine's tasteless and insensitive analogy which has people up in arms.

The magazine said "Boston suffers from a kind of style Down's syndrome."

This is not sitting well with Dr. Brian Skotko, a specialist in the Down syndrome program at Children's Hospital and a clinical fellow in genetics at numerous hospitals in Boston.
