(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Being a parent is tough at any stage, but a new parent is, at times, overwhelming.

Carole Kramer Arsenault, RN, IBCLC, has written a book to help parents move through those tough times.

It's called "The Baby Nurse Bible: Secrets Only A Baby Nurse Can Tell You About Having And Caring For Your Baby."

Arsenault, founder of Boston Baby Nurses, stopped by the FOX 25 Morning News.
