BBB consumer questions: Gift card buyer beware

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - It's one of the best and most convenient gifts to get. Gift cards are not only simple for the buyer, but fun and flexible for those who receive them.

With the holidays right around the corner, the Better Business Bureau says "buyer beware."

Paula Fleming is the Vice President of Communications and Marketing for the BBB, and she sat down with Elizabeth Hopkins to say that not all gift cards are created equal.
