Develop and manage an integrated, effective social media marketing strategy to add new leads and drive sales for all Vantage’s products worldwide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop measurable goals and reporting for social media channels
- Grow existing FaceBook Twitter channels
- Develop YouTube, Flickr and emerging social media channels
- Maintain current company blog and launch new blogs to increase qualified lead acquisition and conversion
- Advise on integrating social media channels – and developing new functionality – on Vantage’s website and through our emails; remain up to date on new sites, strategies and tools
- Optimize social media outlets (SMO)
- Monitor internal (Vantage website) and external social media channels, sites, search engines and blogs
- Coordinate with Customer Service team to respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues
- Integrate social media content and strategies with overall corporate and product content and strategies
- Review user content submissions to Vantage’s website; participate in website development for input
- Maintain up to date data on new tools, sites and competitive information
Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills
· At least 1 year of solid experience developing, monitoring and measuring results of social media strategies
· Experience responding to social media user input
· Strong knowledge of social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Fickr,blogs), strategies and tools
· SEO, SEM, mobile knowledge and/or hands on experience a plus
· HTML, CSS, PHP and Wordpress skills would also be pluses
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
· Strong MS office skills
· Ability to grasp new technologies quickly
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
