This senior level service position is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio or service accounts in an assigned branch, market, or territory. This position is also responsible for expanding product offerings to a defined and existing customer base to increase sales in all company product offerings including HVAC, Security, Access Control, and CCTV. This position is responsible for achieving business objectives at major key accounts by applying the entire scope of TAC products, solutions and services.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key management and decision-makers within customer organization
• Work with accounts and field personnel to develop multi-year system upgrade plans for customers, including customer short- and long-term budgeting and account planning
• Lead effort to convert key project customers to long-term service relationships
• Interface with other service department resources to meet customer objectives
• Prepare cost estimates for service agreements and minor system modifications
• Develops and implements hardware selections and software applications for assigned customers
• Manages scheduled maintenance agreements
• May supervise, coach and mentor junior level service personnel
• Suggest system improvements, modifications, etc.
• Completes documentation for assigned tasks
• Responsible for collections of receivables for assigned accounts
• Other duties may be assigned

Moving over rough or uneven surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy to light items. Transporting of items such as a laptop computer and luggage; driving an automobile, etc.

While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. Employee may work in different environments while on various job sites. Must be able to climb ladders and lift 75-pounds unassisted.
May be required to report to work outside normal working hours, on holidays or on weekends. Some overnight travel may be required. QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, skills and/or abilities required. An individual must meet the minimum requirements as listed in each Qualifications subsection.
EDUCATION:
• Four-year (4) degree in a related technical field or eight years of related technical work experience
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum seven of sales experience in a related field
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Excellent understanding of HVAC, access, building, electronic control or other complex systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build a successful team in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficient in software applications including but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of industry product and outside vendor hardware.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of service business procedures and tactics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and improve customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, but not limited to, the demonstrated ability to relate technical terminology to customers, listen effectively, persuade and influence decision-makers, and solicit input from others.
