Senior Online Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Online Marketing Manager with a sharp eye for details to drive our acquisition marketing efforts This individual will manage all paid marketing channels including paid search online display retargeting email and affiliates This will be a pivotal role as we look to aggressively grow our ecommerce business

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute demand generation and customer acquisition programs through SEM Email Affiliate Display Partnerships and other channels to drive key performance metrics
* Own relationships with outside agencies engines and other partners to implement both existing and new programs
* Ownership of top and bottom line growth of online marketing programs to achieve sales cost per order ROI and total channel contribution goals
* Conduct reporting and analysis on program performance including identifying business drivers and opportunities for improvement
* Drive alignment with merchandising and promotion teams to develop and launch offers promotions and giveaways to drive profitable customer acquisition and demand
* Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing Finance and Analytics staff
* Continually explore and test new tactics for customer acquisition while staying ahead of critical trends and insights

The Ideal Person

* Bachelor’s degree required
* 7 years of experience in online marketing preferably in a B2C environment
* Exceptional knowledge of SEM strategies methods and industry practices
* Working knowledge of analytics tools Coremetrics preferred
* Strong analytical capability with excellent quantitative and Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong intrapersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively
* Self-motivated with ability to take initiative in a challenging fast-paced environment
