Looking for a Key Contributor in Business development, both new and existing customer growth.

The ideal individual will be expected to drive aggressive growth and strong profitability in a sustainable manner. Detailed responsibilities of the Account Manager are as follows:

Responsibilities

* Consistently meet or exceed production goals in terms of starts, new GM$, contractor retention and perm revenue. This is achieved through: New Account Development, Existing Account Growth, Industry Association involvement, Execution of Sales Strategy and
* Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. This is achieved through:Professionalism (respectful and trust-worthy)Values (integrity, competitiveness, sense of urgency, passion, strong work ethic, and a desire to win)Commitment (high level of effort, persistence over time, go beyond expectations of workplace, step up to meet organizational needs, adapt to change)Relationship (drive productive relationships with Recruiting and Operations teams)

Requirements

* 3+ years business-to-business sales experience
* Documented, successful attainment of previously established goals
* An ability to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment
* Knowledge of local market
* Ability to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
