Retail Sales and Marketing Analyst

Design and produce MIS and reporting to meet management and team member needs

Custom analysis as required ( e.g. evaluations of actual performance metrics to plan)

Business Case development and ownership, including accurate forecasting models

Tracking of major strategic initiatives to ensure timely and high quality implementation

Coordinate Annual budget process and interim updates

Participate in monthly sales and revenue forecasting process

Track and monitor expense spending to budget

Qualifications
Bachelors degree required

2-5 years of business analysis, planning and forecasting in the Financial Services industry

Analytical skills

Strong financial and business analysis skills

PMO and project management skills

Problem solving and investigative skills, coupled with a creative analytical orientation

Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Expert knowledge of Excel, Access and Powerpoint
