Description:

Reflectx Services is looking for an individual who is a licensed therapist under the laws of the state they wish to work in. A Rehabilitation (Rehab) Department Manager works in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient. The Rehab Manager leads a team of therapy professionals to provide appropriate care in accordance with physician's orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provides skilled therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
* Assesses patient needs; plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of the physical, occupational, or speech therapy interventions.
* Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
* Instructs patient/family/caregivers on patient's total physical, occupational or speech therapy program.
* Advises, consults and instructs members of the multi-disciplinary team in specific physical, occupational, or speech therapy modalities and interventions.

Minimum Requirements:

* Current state license as a Physical or Occupational Therapist (or Assistant), or a Speech Pathologist.
* Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
* Previous experience as a manager of a rehabilitation therapy department or program
* You must be a PT, OT, SLP-CCC, COTA or PTA
