Supplemental Health Care is searching for a Physical Therapist/PT to join the rehab therapy staff at a client facility or in a home health setting. The desired Physical Therapist/PT will be active in treatment plan development and apply physical therapy plans via physical therapy treatments.

Job Requirements

Valid and current state license. Valid and current CPR certification. Practical clinical experience of at least 1 year preferred, but new grads will also be considered.
