There is an immediate opening for a Membership Representative Sales Supervisor!

This position has a permanent work location in the Boston, Massachusetts area. Travel in region will be required. Travel in this region covers Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, as well as southern Vermont & New Hampshire.

The successful candidate will possess virtual/remote field management experience, technical knowledge, as well as positive communication, organizational and sales leadership skills.

Some of the job duties include:

-Monitor and review the day-to-day operations of up to 15 Membership Sales Reps.
-Supervise the training process, including pre, post, and ongoing training.
-Ensure the quality of data.
-Work in the field with Membership Sales Reps 4 days per week in order to develop the necessary quality and procedural habits, which will ensure the integrity of our product and promote Membership Sales Rep development.
-Assist in forecasting, hiring and maintaining adequate Membership Sales Rep staffing.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should possess, and be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
-Bachelors Degree
-A minimum of two years sales management experience
-A minimum of two years virtual/remote management experience
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Demonstrated positive sales leadership skills.
-Demonstrated impeccable standards while always being conscience of the need for quality.
-Proficiency with software such as Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
