The Accounting Manager – International & Consolidations will report into the Assistant Controller and be responsible for the oversight of international accounting operations for the Company's non-U.S. subsidiaries as well as running the monthly TripAdvisor Media Group financial consolidation process.

The Accounting Manager – International & Consolidations will report into the Assistant Controller and be responsible for the oversight of international accounting operations for the Company’s non-U.S. subsidiaries as well as running the monthly TripAdvisor Media Group financial consolidation process. This includes working with international and domestic accounting personnel to coordinate the timely completion of monthly financial reporting packages, external statutory audits and related filings as well as indirect tax and income tax returns as well as managing the revaluation and translation process for a large multi-entity, multi-currency organization.

What You'll Do

Refine and manage the preparation, review and reporting of financial statements and supporting data for multiple foreign subsidiaries.
Ensure the timely completion of external statutory audits and filings.
Manage the filing of certain tax returns and other local reporting requirements for foreign subsidiaries.
Work with internal Tax team and third party consultants to establish, implement and maintain appropriate accounting and documentation for the Company’s transfer pricing policy.
Coordinate and assist in cash flow forecasting and cash management for International entities
Prepare, review and present monthly financial analyses.
Act as the primary contact for accounting inquiries from internal management as well as auditors.
Assist in strategic planning & forecasting projects.
Improve processes and create operational efficiencies in a high growth, dynamic environment.
Future opportunity to hire and manage additional staff needed to support growth.
Perform numerous other tasks and projects as required.

What We Seek:

6+ Years of experience (3+ in public accounting), CPA License required.
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and public company reporting requirements.
Prior experience in a managerial role a plus.
Extensive experience with inter-company accounting & consolidations.
Experience with large scale ERP preferred.
SOX compliance exposure.
Highly skilled in MS Excel.
Must be highly organized and able to work independently.
Strong time management and communications skills.
Ability to meet designated deadlines and manage multiple initiatives.
Ability to work well with others in a small company, high growth environment.
International travel required.
