Maintenance Technician

The maintenance technician is responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. They work with the maintenance team to ensure that the quality of work meets that standards set by the company and the owner.
A high school education or equivalent is required; trade school or certification is preferred. Due to the nature of the job, applicant must live within 30 minutes of Hull.
* Must be able to lift 80-100lbs on a regular basis.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Must be available for night/weekend on call duty.
* Comply with all OSHA regulations and any applicable state/local laws.
Additionally, the ideal person for the job will have experience in the following areas:
* Plumbing repairs
* Appliance repair
* Electric repair
* HVAC repair
* Replacing locks, smoke alarms, screens, and broken windows.
* Assisting the Business Manager/office personnel as needed in emergency situations.
