Front-End Developer


Data-driven decision making is at the core of HFM's business. The ability to aggregate, display, analyze and respond to quantitative marketing metrics gives HFM a distinct competitive advantage over its competitors. HFM's developers continually architect, develop, and expand our next-generation technologies that enable this decision making.

Working with the Marketing team, our engineers build robust, scalable solutions across all aspects of the business, from ad targeting and testing to customer tracking. With a unique quantitative approach to display advertising, our ad-optimizing system is continually evolving to capitalize on new opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

* The development of HFM's software infrastructure: developing and maintaining sites of HFM's brands, implementing advanced tracking systems, and developing emerging technologies.
* The identification and implementation of new opportunities and projects

Required Qualifications:

* A Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field from a top-tier university.
* Comprehensive awareness of Cross-browser Compatibility and W3C Compliant
Standards
* Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) coding methodologies
* Proficiency with implementing and modifying existing open source frameworks
* Proficiency translating Adobe Photoshop documents into dynamic and fully functional web
pages
* A self-starting work ethic with the ability to work both independently and in teams.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organization and time management.

Preferred Qualifications:

* An interest in digital marketing
