Develop conceptual or inspirational design concepts based on strategy and research on all graphic-related projects

Along with the BAM and Creative Director, lead the client through design presentations to ensure understanding of intent and buy-in of vision

Manage a team of designers to execute on creative vision and strategy
Champion top-level design in the studio through critiques and teamwork while ensuring excellence in overall studio output

Generate designs individually or through the design team for specified projects within scope from conception to completion with relevancy and focus on total integration and execution

Be aware of and influence quality and output of all graphic design initiatives studio-wide

Create presentations that focus on getting buy-in from Creative Director and ultimately, the client
Follow through on production and project execution to ensure quality and desired design intent is carried out

Manage creation and sign-off of all final mechanicals and design intents to ensure final execution quality, including proofs, press-checks and samples
