Catering Sales Manager

Catering Sales Manager needed for a corporate/business catering concept in Boston, Mass.

Responsibilities:
Initiate new hospitality leads/contracts and maintain current business relationships to improve overall sales
Increase brand recognition and credibility through marketing strategies
Establish and meet projected sales goals
Responsible for proposals, preparation and execution of events
Supervise catering functions (including booking, menu items selection, pricing, coordinating staff and equipment rental
Collaborate with Chef and Operations Team on event details
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in Catering Sales Management
Experience in all aspects of Catering Services
Outside sales experience
Financial acumen in developing proposal documents
Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications
