BOSTON (FOX25, myfoxboston) - Shipments of swine flu vaccine to Massachusetts are running about three weeks behind schedule, forcing many communities to cancel or postpone scheduled vaccine clinics.
Swine Flu Vaccine: Are You Too Late?
Because of nationwide production delays, state health officials say Massachusetts is expected to receive 700,000 doses of the swine flu vaccine by the first week of November. They had projected 1.2 million doses being available by that time.

Shortages are also reported in the seasonal vaccine for other flu strains.
