(NewsCore) - OJAI, Calif. -- Reese Witherspoon wed Jim Toth Saturday night at the film star's $7 million ranch estate in Ojai, Calif.
Witherspoon, 35, walked down the aisle in a custom-designed gown by Monique Lhuiller to "Here Comes the Bride," People reported.
Guests included stars Renee Zellweger, Matthew McConaughey, Tobey Maguire, Salma Hayek and Robert Downey, Jr.
The bride's children from her marriage to Ryan Phillippe -- Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7 -- attended the gathering of about 100 family and close friends, according to RadarOnline.
Toth, 40 -- co-head of the motion picture division at the powerful talent agency, Creative Artists Agency -- and Witherspoon were engaged in December after a year of dating.
Wedding planner Yifat Oren, who is known for her eclectic style, reportedly handled the Southern-themed event which took place under giant white tents set up on the property.
The bride's guests were staying at the nearby Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, and Mercedes Benz shuttle vans took them from the hotel to her estate.
RadarOnline earlier reported Witherspoon's ex-husband Phillippe, 36, was vacationing nearby with his girlfriend Amanda Seyfried, 25.
They were photographed at lavish resort San Ysidro Ranch just outside Santa Barbara, Ca., which is just a short 30-minute drive away from where the nuptials took place.
Witherspoon and Phillippe finalized their divorce in October 2007.
