Nicolas Cage sells Rhode Island mansion

NEWPORT, R.I. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston) - Nicolas Cage has finally found a buyer for his massive Rhode Island home, but it looks like the actor isn't quite getting his asking price.

Four years ago, Cage bought the mansion, which is just outside Newport, and put it on the market for $15.9 million.

In the end, Cage accepted just $6.2 million from a Cape Cod couple for the 24-thousand square foot abode.
