Best and Worst Celebrity Plastic Surgery

(MYFOX NATIONAL) - It's hard to find a completely natural face and body on the red carpet these days, it seems practically everyone in Hollywood has "had a little work done" -- with varying degrees of success. Check out these celebrities with (rumored) plastic surgery. Some look gorgeous, and you'd be hard pressed to tell they went under the knife, and others, well … you'll just have to see for yourself.

The Best: Jennifer Aniston

We decided to spotlight Aniston's more recent possible nose job ( you can see her original one here ). It's a subtle slimming near the bridge of her nose and it looks natural, we bet most people didn't even notice!

The Worst: Melanie Griffith

Why, oh why does Hollywood think that a huge upper lip is sexy? It certainly can be, when it's more natural (like in her before picture), but here it just looks stretched out and freaky.

The Best: Megan Fox

It's a crushing blow to teenage boys everywhere -- Megan Fox doesn't look that way naturally. We still think she was a babe before, but her new look is eye-catching.

The Worst: Lil' Kim

Holy sculpting! Why did Lil' Kim think she needed to completely re-carve her nose and cheeks? She looks a bit too plastic-y for our taste now, which is a shame since her before look was more naturally beautiful (though still slightly tweaked).

The Best: Ellen DeGeneres

Ellen's possible face and eyelift are great -- enough to make her face look refreshed but still subtle enough that she doesn't look like she's had work done.

The Worst: Lisa Rinna

Rinna went from a pretty and plump smile to an almost painful-looking pucker. She's probably had multiple procedures, and the result is an unnaturally smooth, frozen looking face.

The Best: Ashlee Simpson-Wentz

While there was nothing wrong with her old nose, there's also nothing wrong with Simpson's new nose either. If the small change makes her feel more confident, then we'll hop on board with it too.

The Worst: Joan Rivers

Rivers is proof that there is such a thing as too much plastic surgery. She crossed that line a long time ago and hasn't looked back since. We could spend hours cataloguing all the work she's had done, but who has the time?

The Best: Brittany Murphy

She was adorable in "Clueless," but her post-surgery look is decidedly more grown-up. Plus, we're sure Murphy didn’t want to be the only one in Hollywood without a new nose, you know?

The Worst: Donatella Versace

To clarify: no one's lips (even ones that are naturally full) look like this naturally. We don't understand why celebrities think stretched out and swollen is an attractive lip look, but they clearly do, judging by the number of them joining this trend. Maybe someday they'll get a reality check and go easy on the needles. We’re not holding our breath though.
