(Fox 25/MyFoxBoston.com) - Telling the clerk at Dunkin' Donuts to 'keep the change' is a not allowed and an employee is suing because of it.

Ron Meshna filed a lawsuit in Boston against the Scrivanos Group, a Dunkin' Donuts franchisee, saying that the 'no tipping' policy violates Massachusetts law.

The suit is calling for the payment of the tips not received to all employees who work for the group. The suit is asking for the tip amount to be determined by a jury.

Neither Dunkin' Donuts nor the Scrivanos Group have commented.
